GREECE: The products are shipped with FREE shipping costs nationwide for each order with a total of purchases over 40 € each. For orders with a total of purchases less than 40 € the shipping costs are borne by the customer at a cost of 2,5 € per shipment. The shipment is made through the company ELTA Courier S.A. The shipment of the products is done on the same day or the next working day if the products are ready for delivery in the warehouses of the company* and are delivered within 1-3 days for areas within Thessaloniki and 1-4 working days for orders outside Thessaloniki by the cooperating courier company.
CYPRUS and ABROAD: The shipping costs for Cyprus and abroad are not covered by the courier company cooperating with us, ELTA Courier S.A., and the customer is asked to choose himself the courier company he wishes, with the shipping costs to be borne by him.

For orders paid through bank deposit please use the ID of your order as proof / reason for payment, which is sent to you by email after the completion of your order. Your order will not be shipped until the total amount is deposited in our account. The reservation of the products is set at 2 working days from the day of the order and is canceled in case of non-payment of the order amount within the specified time period.
*Clarifications / Delay of delivery of the order
Our company makes every effort for the timely and appropriate delivery of your products, however we reserve the reservation that the delivery may be delayed in cases, indicatively mentioned, where: (a) it was found that the product during the quality control has a defect, (b) there is an event of force majeure, such as indicatively extreme weather events, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transport and delivery of your order, (c) there is a lack of sufficient stock. In the above cases we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver the order with the delayed product or to suggest an alternative or to inform you about the delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. In case you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in its entirety and to refund you any money you have paid.
