CHANGES FOR GREECE (FREE FOR PURCHASES OVER 40€)

You can change the product you received for a different size, color, or design within 14 days from the receipt of your initial order, with our cooperating courier company, ELTA Courier S.A.

For each order within Greece with a total of purchases over 40 € each the first change is made without any charge. Any other change beyond the first one or for orders under 40€ each will be charged the return costs to the customer, who is asked to choose one of the following return methods:

  • a) With the cooperating with us courier ELTA Courier S.A. In this case the customer should contact us to inform him and direct him about the way of return. The return costs are 5 € and must be paid to the bank account of the company using the ID of your order as proof / justification of payment (See Payment methods). Your refund will not be accepted until the total amount is deposited in our account.

  • b) With any other courier desired by the customer and with the return costs to be borne by him.

In case the customer for personal reasons wants to return the product, without replacing it, he will be charged with the return costs (See. Retreat).

Return procedure (for Greece) :

In case you want to change a product, please contact us by email at the info@stellashoes.gr or by phone at 23920-42758, indicating your order number that you received by email upon completion of your order, the product or products you wish to make a change and the reason for their change.

Product changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Product changes are not accepted until prior communication in the above ways. The exception is defective products or an error in the order through the fault of the business.

Your package must contain the original proof of purchase and you must have notified us in one of the above ways with what code, color and size you want to make the change.

CHANGES FOR CYPRUS & ABROAD

Shipping costs for Cyprus and abroad are not covered by our partner courier company, ELTA Courier S.A., and the customer is asked to choose for himself the courier company he wishes, with the return and reshipment costs to be borne by him. You can change the product for a different size, color or design within 30 days of receiving your original order; the product must be exactly in the condition in which it was received and within its packaging, with all the accompanying documents.

Product changes are not accepted unless prior communication in the above ways. The exception is defective products or an error in the order through the fault of the company.

Attention: Any duty is charged when the order arrives in the country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. As the political and customs charges vary significantly from country to country, we suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information. Where there are customs charges they may affect the delivery time of your package.

WITHDRAWAL :

You have the right to return the product you purchased within fourteen (14)* calendar days from the shipment of the product, exercising the right of withdrawal and fulfilling the above return conditions, to request a refund of the price you paid to us. The return costs are borne by the customer and must be paid directly by you at the courier of your choice.

*(thirty (30) for Cyprus and abroad)

In the event that the payment of the order has been made through Cash on Delivery, the additional amount charged to the order with the above payment method is not refunded, as in case shipping costs have been charged, the amount charged to the order is not refunded (See Shipment of Products).

Procedure for returning withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal, you send us back the parcel with any courier you wish to our headquarters, at your own charge of shipping costs*.

Your package must contain the original proof of purchase.

In case you have paid by cash on delivery or bank deposit, you must notify us by phone or email the account (IBAN) you wish to have the money refunded, bank name and beneficiary.

In any other case, the amount will be refunded to the card from which the original purchase was made.

*In case the return is due to an error of the business (construction defect of the product, wrong product shipment) the company assumes the return costs. Please do not send the products by post (ELTA) as they are not delivered to our headquarters and the process is delayed. In case you send the package at our own charge (from our partner courier company, ELTA Courier S.A.) you will be deducted from the shipping (5€) from the refund of the amount.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

1. The product must not have been used.

2. The return must be made within fourteen (14)* calendar days from the dispatch of the order. *(thirty (30) for Cyprus and abroad)

3. The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Consignment Note- Invoice, etc.) and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.

Please note that:

The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so you should make sure that they are packaged correctly (not necessarily in their original packaging but certainly in their original box when it exists) and cannot be damaged on the road!

All goods will be inspected upon their return to the business.

In the event that a product is returned in an inappropriate condition, we will have to send it back to you.

In the event that a product is returned by courier that we do not cooperate with and a charge to the recipient, we will have to send it back to you

In case we receive the package at our own charge (from our partner courier company, ELTA Courier S.A.) you will be deducted from the shipping (5€) from the refund of the amount.

The company bears no responsibility for any products that have been returned to us by mistake.

We recommend that you keep the voucher and the courier shipping number until the return process is completed.

The company is obliged to return to the customer, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days, the amount owed to the buyer. The time limit starts from the day you notify us of the withdrawal request.
